Holy posts Batman, so much to read through! Time to put on the GM hat and get to business. *deep breath* Okay lets get started!

@Princeofhearts Like everyone has been saying Kryptonian characters are very tricky to play with/as seeing as they are basically the characters that set the power ceiling for everyone else. I say pick the three powers that you feel are the most important for your character and stick with those, though again don't have the at full Superman levels. Or you can also take everyone else's suggestion and going with more of a Superboy from Young Justice power set/level, I am more than okay with you adding full on flight/heat vison to his arsenal if you wish. Other than that very interesting and great character and I will be happy to accept you once you make the changes. =)

@Double Very interesting character, I have always been a fan of playing magically gifted characters in RPs. As long as you don't go over board with your spell casting and do something along the lines of making yourself a magic god you should be good to go. Approved =)

@mattmanganon Everything seems to be in order with the young Ms. Wayne, I really like her back story by the way. Just read rule five and you will be approved and welcome to post her in the CS tab.

@Mr_pink I like the character, the whole spiritual being connected through birth thing is a twist that I would want to see play out. My only concern is how far does his "life creation" ability go? Can he only do it with one item at a time? Can he make any living organism? Does the size of the object matter? I just don't want him turning a building into a giant fire breathing dragon is all XD You are approved, but I would still like some clarification though =)

@knighthawk Okay this one is a bit tricky for me because speedsters, which Tohi seems to be to me, have never really been my strong suit, I basically pay no attention to them so their limits are a bit of a blank to me. Tohi obviously is fast, but busting out 480 MPH with his tech legs and knocking people around with about 3000 hits per minute seems really fast. Again my knowledge on speedsters is pretty sparse so if anyone would want to weigh in to help me give a final verdict it would be greatly appreciated. But all and all a very interesting character, particularly the magical approach to superspeed rather than the usual tapping into the Speed Force.

@Fabricant451 A light based character, very cool. As long as you don't have her turning into a star or anything you should be good to go. Approved =)

@Scarifar Hmm she has to have a in-depth understanding of the object to be able to summon it correct? Also does she have a limit on the amount of objects she can summon? She can't just you know conjure up a fleet of battle ships armed with nukes right? Though having a living weapon store would be awesome I would like to know a bit more about her power limits first before giving the green light =)

@Ivannia Getting a real Ravager feel from her, I like it! Just read rule five and you are approved =)

I think that is everyone, if I have missed you I am incredibly sorry and you are more than welcome to rage and rant at me all you want for my failure to notice the obvious. Anywho now to move on to the villain question that was brought up a page or two back, right now I am not really open to the whole villain characters idea just because the last time I ran a RP like this and allowed that very thing and everything kind of went to... well it did not end too well. Maybe as the group starts to get a better feel for what it is I will change my mind, but starting off with villains right off the bat just doesn't sit well with me right now. Sorry guys.

Side Note: I have added @Wisp as my Co-GM, but with the apparent size of the RP group I would really appreciate another. Anyone up for the task?

I already made the changes. I feel like removing the Kryptonian .-. Too much trouble for no reason and I was basically jumped with this discussion.

@Princeofhearts I am so sorry if you felt any form of negative feelings towards yourself or your character, this is suppose to be a fun and safe place to RP. I send you all my internet hugs and cookies. I will re-read your CS, but if you really want to change him out I am in full support of that. Just keep me posted dude and again I am so sorry if you were upset with anything.

Right, need to figure out what I'm actually doing... Might go with a techy power armoured character even if that basically means me picking out a Kamen Rider to steal the appearance from but we'll see. XD

@Princeofhearts
Yeah, but Superboy was a clone. The DNA didn't really work in his favour, so he could super jump, but not fly.
So if Kadar is a Kryptonian, I think his abilities make sense. He just wouldn't have them mastered or anything, you know?

edit ;; I forgot about the heat vision - I've been rewatching Young Justice, and I don't think he had that, either. Not sure about the breath, though.

superboy in the comics could fly. tactile telekinesis was his main power before he started developing his kryptonian powers

@Rin There's nothing ever wrong with Kamen Rider for the appearance. Everyone should be Kamen Rider.

@Weird Tales I think he was more referring to the Superboy presented in the Young Justice the animated series, rather than the comic adaptation. And in all honesty the comic book Superboy basically used his non-Superman powers to compensate for his human DNA and be more Superman like.

@Ivannia Great, welcome aboard =)

@Princeofhearts He still seems to be a little too well rounded. He seems to have too great of a control over his powers, putting him leagues a head of the other young heroes who are trying to get a better grasp of them. If you want we can go into PM and discuss this further if you want =)

We have such a great cast of characters so far!

@Saarebas@knighthawk
Regarding speedsters, I'm pretty familiar with playing the mutant, X-Men variety. Think of the speed this way - what can his body handle? Unless he's got an even more increased durability and homeostasis necessary as part of his already super speed (and by extension, homeostasis), going 480 MPH is going to wreck him. Right now, you have him traveling just under the speed of a Boeing 747 when it's cruising. They travel at 550 to 600 MPH. While I find the bionic boots to be an intriguing idea, I don't think they're realistic in what his body can handle. Even with his demon endurance, I don't think his body would be able to function under that speed. If you want to keep the bionic boots, maybe consider lowering it to double, rather than quadruple.

That's just my input, but it's ultimately up to Saarebas.

@Saarebas Don't worry, it's entirely limited to small animals. I'd say the biggest animal he could make would be a cat or some sort of large snake. However, his transformation stuff isn't just limited to animals, he'd also be able to transform say a stair railing into a gathering of vines. I would say the largest inanimate object he could transform entirely would be a small car, and even then this would take a bit of effort. Is this alright?

@Saarebas yeah, that's more or less right. She can create basic things like swords and bows with very little effort. Things like cars and buses require more energy and effort, of course. A nuke may be possible, but not without tiring herself significantly enough to put her out of commission for a day.

Excellent points. I am not fightinging the ideas, but I am discussing the ideas.

Does anyone know what impulse' or kid-flash' speed is?

No whirlwinds, no phasing through solid matter, no speed force, no '1-mile-mach-1' punches.

as for running on water:
To avoid sinking, you need to generate thrust equal to your weight. You generate this by pushing water down and backwards with each step. For a size 9 shoe, you can’t push more than around 3.5 litres of water at a time or you would sink too far and friction with the water would slow you down too much.
So that 3.5 kg of water has to be pushed back fast enough to offset your weight. If you weigh 75 kg, my back-of-an-envelope calculation suggests you’ll need to push it back at around 11 m/s.
Since the water moves back as you push it, you need to go twice as fast as that or you would stand still. So that’s a running speed of almost 80 km/hr, which would be quite impossible even in my idealised calculation that ignores things like fluid drag.
80 KPH = 49 MPH.

You are correct that 6000 BPM is a MASSIVE assault but I don't think anyone would let him get away with that much of a pounding uninterrupted. perhaps he can only do them in small bursts of a few seconds at a time as he is still coming into his power.

An even easier nerf-for-now is to drop him back from 10X to 2X or 3X for right now and as this progesses, he 'unlocks' more multipliers as he trains over each story arc.

I have no trouble with the boots only doubling his LAND based speed, and he might use them to get to places quickly with a snap-release. The easy answer is his feline physiology is already emulating this device as shifted bones and tendons which the inventor even said he got the ideas from, its like shooting an arrow from a crossbow launched from a bigger crossbow.

@Saarebas Shit, I did read rule 5, I just forgot it by the time it came round to bloody making up my character sheet...

@Princeofhearts I would just go with the classic "Run faster than a Speeding Bullet, More Powerful than a Locomotive, Leap tall buildings with a single bound."
