Sure, Lewis might come out of it slightly less comfortably than he'd like, but Eli would likely tell Seraphine, and Seraphine would send him right back to recruit him :L.

And Garret could definitely be one of Seraphine's informants, maybe not a big one cause he's just in a hotel, but she makes it worth his while if he informs her when interesting people stay in the hotel.
