The strength to protect oneself, and the things one might consider important it above all other qualms within life. Usually introverted, Giorno regularly maintains a facade of confident boldness, backed up by his intelligence and his natural charisma, to make him look like a flawless person by his peers. Often single minded in focus, Giogrio tends towards the pursuit and mastery of single-aspects rather than the desire for complete understanding of an entire medium, he would rather perfect himself in a “genre” of sorts. Giorgio also seems to have an extreme interest in western arts, though his affections largely lie with America. He greatly enjoys American music from the latter half of the 20th century, though his favorite genre is progressive rock. Don't try to tell him it was mostly British. In his earlier years Giorgio was the sort of child that was fascinated by magic. Gradually though, just as exposure to a stimulus time and time again makes one desensitized to it, so too did Giorgio begin to simply see magecraft as just another facet of his life. With such an element as magic itself becoming steadily mundane, Giorgio 's enthusiasm to much of the world closed off in turn, only intensifying the need for him to act in a way contrary to his actual ideology. His interest did progress though, as did his social life which consisted of a small ring of friends and a broader circle of casual acquaintances, with whom the boy had some decent times. Upon his becoming 15 though, he was able to become something...more. He found out he was really fucking good at reinforcement. Like, really good. So he started doing things with that. Even if magic had grown mundane, it was so much more intriguing than the human norm, and it was all the easier a means for him to achieve the ends he considered moral. So he kept reinforcing things and stuff. Cause you can't stop, can't stop the rock. He heard of some backwater ritual in some backwater city and thought it could be fun to kill a week or two on vacation from school during spring break. This doesn't happen to Giorgio because Giorgio is good at this. Success requires a good grasp of the inner structure to fill openings with Prana. Giorgio has this grasp. It isn't an exaggeration to say that he is worthy of a Sealing Designation for his ability in Reinforcement; however, his circuits are abnormal and thus are largely limited to Reinforcement, just as an individual could theoretically be limited to "swords".
