Melanie leapt backwards in surprise, barely managing to stifle the exclamation that followed shortly after. The last thing she had expected Oliver to turn into was a giant bird with sharp claws. She wasn't sure what kind of bird it was, but it looked dangerous. After studying the bird for a few moments in silence, Melanie had to remind herself that it [i]was[/i] still Oliver, and as such therefore wasn't dangerous. He would never do anything to hurt them.
