I have a variety of plots I would like to try. Before that, however, I would like to lay down some expectations.
First: I loathe one-liners. I expect at least a paragraph per post (5-7 sentences is a good paragraph). Anywhere from 1-3 paragraphs is great with me, more is fine as well. I will reply to what you give me, so if you give me three paragraphs, I will have three paragraphs in response.
Second: Please attempt to have correct spelling/grammar. I save all RPs in a word document (I might be a hoarder) and it's rather annoying if I have to go through and capitalize every single "I" or proper nouns. I completely understand that the mistake monster sneaks up on us, so the occasional problem is fine. Its the constant misspellings of simple words or lack of periods or lack of capitalization that bug me. Disclaimer: I'm not perfect either.
Third: I have no limits on anything; blood, guts, gore, sex, etc. So I would prefer if you enjoyed just as much fighting, blood, epic journeys, and whatever else in your RPs. I would prefer that any romance that happens doesn't instantly happen. I like character growth and two characters gradually falling in love. And if they happen to fall in love while in the middle of a life or death battle with dragons, so be it.
Fourth: PM me if you are interested.
Fifth: Please be adult like (in age. I don't care about mental age :P I still like shiny things even though I'm in my mid-twenties.).
Now, for the plots. I will play whoever I have stated after the plot description.
1. Tessitura Roberts always knew she was different. But after her parents flipped out when she was five, after telling them what she could do, she kept it to herself. Her parents, being rather wealthy, sent her off to a boarding school. This was perfect; a new home for her. But her roommate moved back to California, leaving Tess at the mercy of whatever person the school decided to pair her with. Liz, her old roommate, was the only person in the world that knew what Tess was capable of. How hard would it be to keep that secret from another person?
This is modern fantasy and I would be Tess. Your character could also be "different" or normal. I have various reasons for why Tess is in the human world and not the magical world, or we could come up with another one. Feel free to discuss further.
2. Alex Woods unfortunately traveled through the wrong country, a country that was anti-magician. After helping some people with his magic, the king sent hunters after him, aiming to capture him. Those hunters, however, met up with Uriel, a man they discovered could actually track the boy despite his magical attempts to block them. They finally do capture him, and then start taking him back to the city. On the way they pass through the elven wood, where the elves do not like trespassers. Will the elves allow the humans to pass? Will they kill them all? Or will they spare the prisoner?
This is Medieval fantasy. I would be Alex and Uriel. This could turn into many things and is up for discussion. I basically just have these two characters that I would like to use and they are very versatile.
3. The world was rounding up magicians and executing them. A king was in charge of this; he was jealous of magic and before killing some of the magicians himself, he tried to take their powers. It never worked, of course.
Living in a forgotten village in the mountains was Pel, a serving girl at the local tavern. She had been hiding her powers for years, ever since her parents died from the plague and the tavern owner took her in as a servant. What happens when guards finally find this forgotten village, and their ‘pet’ tracker discovers that Pel is a magician? Will she get away, or will she be captured and dragged back to the capital like the others?
This is Medieval Fantasy and I would be Pel. Plot is welcome to be discussed further.
4. Ceri Johnson loved playing soccer more than anything in the world. Her father used to play on a professional team; perhaps that is why she loves the game. Her father is also the male soccer coach, and the gym teacher, at her high school. Her older brother, Christopher, just graduated and was accepted into a prestigious college on a sports scholarship for soccer.
This is in the modern era. I would be Ceri. This could go many ways, an obscure romance, friendship, etc; discussion is welcome.
5. On the edge of a peaceful village lived many farmers. Anaya and Yamal Karasi took care of their parents and tended the sheep. No one in this peaceful village expected to be attacked. But the village was attacked. Those too old or feeble for the invaders' tastes were killed on the spot. Women were raped, men that fought were killed. Those lucky enough to live through the invasion were taken as slaves. The unlucky female slaves were sold to men for pleasure. The stronger ones, and men, were sold to play the national sport, Ja'la, a highly deadly game mostly played by slaves.
This is medieval fantasy. Other locations for slaves to be sent are welcome if you have another idea. I will be Anaya and Yamal. You are free to be other slaves, and we can both play whoever buys them, or you can outright buy them.
6. Running through the trees in their rural town, twins discovered a small cave. Inside the cave were four necklaces, two of which were glowing. They picked up the two, which made the others vanish, to their shock. After some exploration, they discover that the necklaces allow them to shift into that animal, and they gain control of an element.
This could be Medieval, where magic is very rare, or modern, where magic is unheard of. Either way, I imagine some sort of trouble coming, which is why the necklaces and powers are surfacing now. You would be the other two elements. More elements could be added if you wish. Feel free to add to this. It's just an idea I had one day.
7. An assassin was caught in the act. The guards arrested them, locking them up in the dungeons. A guard was assigned to make sure the assassin didn't escape.
And that's as far as I've got. This would be Medieval Fantasy. Either the guard can release the assassin with the promise that they will lead the guard to their employer, or some other reason... In theory, this would lead to a guard x assassin. I'm not picky about which part I play for this one. Further discussion is welcome.
I also do pairings. Any pairings, really, as long as there isn’t incest or a huge age gap between partners.
