"A creature is a creature, plus you kind of locked one for a turn so that is good. Fear early in this game is very bad for those without that colour. I guess they look cool if it is not happening to us." Lily was right it has only been one turn for herself and two for Lily and two for the corpse they were fighting. It was Maxine's turn now making her pick the top card to see what it was though it was not anything worth using at the time due to the mana cost. Maxine played another swamp which soon made the place look even more out there due to the mixture of scenery the player had created. Maxine could even smell the waters coming from her swamps and to an extent from Lily's land. Max then looked at her hand for a moment to considered what she could do though really she could not do much. Max soon tapped both swamps to play her Kalastria Highborn who appeared via a dark aura that suddenly popped up onto the scene.

Max could attack this turn but she wondered if it was worth doing so, the other player could have a spell under his hat though at this time it did not matter. Maxine considered her options for a moment before deciding to attack the walking corpse with her Guul Draz Vampire. Upon tapping her creature the Guul Draz Vampire flashed out of eye sight though some words were heard as that happened. "First blood always tastes the sweetest." The opponent did not block with the one creature he had free to use, the vampire soon closed the gap between herself and the player. Upon being in close quarters the vampire attacked using her blade and upon impact a black fluid had left the living corpse. The black fluid making its way across the various mana zones most mostly his own. With that, the turn had ended and the third turn for the corpse would begin. Max watched the corpse, who knew what they were hiding.

"Myyyyyy TURRRRRRNNNNNNN" he uttered and soon picked his next card from his deck. His eyes though not easy to see could be seen looking at his hand. Instantly he played one more swamp and followed with a spell which was [url=http://i.tcgplayer.com/57382.jpg]Duress[/url]. He had targetted Max and like the creature cards, the spell card appeared and soon quickly disappeared. The artwork that was displayed is what happened to Maxine a moment later. The branches began to poke Maxine in the face, the branch tips were very sharp as Max quickly found out as it caused a big scratch across her left cheek. The rest were marking her skin partly. Like magic her hand began to reveal themselves to the player who cast the spell and with that the only card that could be picked [Lightning Bolt] disappeared into her grave. The Duress spell caused one more stratch before disappearing though it left marks on her skin. 

"My atttaaaccckkk phaseeeeee begins noooowwwwwww plainswalker of plains, ocean and forest." With that said he tapped his only creature that was free and sent it towards Lily. The massive beetle soon began to circle Lily and would attack once Lily decided to either block it or take direct damage. Taking direct damage was not plasent as seen when Max attack the player they were fighting, who know what damage she would take. The creature was very quick and it did not stay still as it began to size Lily up. With two swamps at the ready who knew what spells he had hidden.
