As for your other character. Black Leigon can still continue if their are people loyal to it. At this point they may be looking for another Black King to take it over or the worst cast is most decided to become Unlegion or join a different one believing there is no King to support them. Some my stay loyal, not wanting to believe that the King is gone. It is hard to say what they all might be thinking. 

Just some thoughts if you were having trouble. You could kind of put where they stand on the situation.
