"While you are present on campus grounds, you must wear the correct school uniform," explained the stern woman, placing a hand on her hips as she stared into Arina's cloudy blue eyes. There was a tone in her voice that brooked no arguments. The rules were the rules, and in her eyes, the American transfer had clearly broken them. Explicitly broken them. "Tomorrow's detention will be your punishment for such a blatant violation of school regulations."

She held the detention slip out to Arina, eyebrows quirking up slightly even though her gaze wavered not a single inch. There was a tinge of sympathy present, however; she understood the need for students to grab groceries and the like for their parents; she herself had once been a teenager, after all. However, the rules were rules, and the detention would not stop the girl from doing her duty to her parents.

"Leave immediately, Mifune-san," she continued, "but remember, 9am tomorrow morning. You have to be here for your detention."
