also i'm pretty sure Mell won't like the way he picks on people who are weaker than him for no reason. If Mell beats someone up its to teach a lesson or show people she means business. there is always rhyme and reason to her fights. Whereas i think Brandon is violent for the sake of violence. Pretty sure their personalities would clash. XD

what you mean deathnote? I read the anime. It was a long time ago though, so i dont remember much other than a lot of people dying and the last chapter sucking.

She will beat him up for beating up others. He will be so impressed that he just falls in love with her. He will try his best to change but won't be able to completely change. She will notice this and it will touch her heart and she will decide to help him change. Over the course of time she will start to fall for him. However something will happen to make Brandon really upset.(Someone he cares for dies). And he will back slide and beat up Chris again. Mell will get on to him and it will break her heart. They will fight and choose to go their separate ways. Then when Mell is out on the town drinking her sorrow away a rival gang will show up and attack. She will fight back but to no avail and when the guy is about to stab her in the chest a banana will fly through the sky knocking the knife away. Who threw this life-saving banana? Definitely not Chris because he is dealing with a Popcorn issue. It was Brandon who threw the banana. He will beat up the assailants but not before getting badly wounded. He and Mell believe his injuries are so bad that he will die. He will be laying in Mell's arms and they will both ask for forgiveness and confess their love for each other. Brandon will say that his only dream was that the person who died could see him get married. Mell tells him it doesn't have to be for the dead person and she proposes to Brandon. He says yes. They are about to do the mock I do's when Brandon passes out. He wakes up in a hospital bed where Mell is crying by his side. Her father bursts in and says, Thanks for the save but I disapprove of you. Mell tells him that despite being engaged the can't be together because of her father. They go separate ways. Years later Brandon has joined a rival gang and has worked his way to being in charge. Mell is in charge of her gang. They meet. Don't recognize each other. Have gang war. Mell recognize's Brandon's banana Jiu-Jitsu. Asks his name. He says Brandon whats yours. She says Bran, it is I Mell-bell. They run to each others arms and kiss. Married next day and baby nine months away. They leave the gang and run a family Banana Jiu-Jitsu Martia Arts Dojo by Bran and Mell-Bell. Their baby is a banana.

I'm going to give this idea to Hallmark. That being said they probably actually have something similar to it.

this is sweet XD its so freaking sweet hahaha XD Also the Banana thing was just hillariously weird.

there are a few issues though.

1. Mell's dad doesn't care who she dates as long as it doesn't interfere with her taking over the family business.
2. There is no way in hell Mell would EVER give up being the head of the Yakuza. its something she's actively wanted since she was a kid. She respects and loves her father and wants to take his place. Giving that up would be like cutting off her arm or leg. Also, just because she's Yakuza doesn't mean she is just into illegal activities. I would say her father runs his Yakuza similarly to the Yamaguchi-gumi. They do some illegal activities of course, but they also invest in legitimate businesses as well as provide aid during crisis such as earthquakes and such. (the yakuza's code of honor (ninkyo) reportedly values justice and duty above anything else, and forbids allowing others to suffer.)
3. Mell might be a strong woman but she has a feminine side. She would never propose to a guy no matter the circumstances. She is under the belief that if a man wants her he should be brave enough to ask for her. Not only that but she's not really big into marriage in general. She doesn't like the idea of giving up her name for the sake of a man's name.
4. the fact that he saves her life with a banana.
5. Mell is smart. If she is going to get so drunk that she can't fight.. she is going to do it in the safety of her own home. Not to mention, she pretty much always carries a knife.. and if someone was beating her up in a public place.. pretty sure that someone would step in or call the cops.. especially if she plays it up and pretends to be a helpless girl. ^>^
5. If Mell's heart is broken again, she would get more angry than sad.. and would probably be destroying property.. not getting drunk. XD

it was a cute idea though XD

maybe i could see something happening between them.. but i could also see Mell hating him for the rest of her life ^>^

Hmm.. true dat. She can be a douche to people if they owe her money or betray her though. I mean when she found her ex cheating on her she broke his nose, slashed his tires and filled his locker with manure. XD Honestly, she's not as nice as you'd think. She tends to fight other strong people because they are a challenge. Punching weak people is like punching a dummy. Its never going to fight back. Also, if she is nice to weaker people they may become her allies/ serve her. And having allies interests her more than making enemies.
