[@Jbcool] Bwoashit, hang on, what? Is continuity being carried over from the original game? Also, why is Outpost 57 space dust? I don't think it was described as being destroyed in the OP... and Galga'roth's backstory kind of requires him to have been stuck in some space port or another for a few years, at least if altering his backstory in a way that necessitates adding on new skills or something isn't allowable.
