That's the thing, in absence of light, there isn't really anything to manipulate. You could just say that it's a form of light manipulation - but I can't really make sense out of solidifying it. Maybe the teleportation/pocket dimension - but not solidifying it. Even then, the "darkness portal" power's aren't well defined as say Alice's (What are the weaknesses?). 

The other big thing I noted is that Wei doesn't seem like an original character. It kinda feels like you took Wei Shen from Watch Dogs, gave him a different backstory (With some differences), and threw superpowers on him.
