[@ADamnFiddle] ... Yeeeeeeeeeah, that power is going to need a lot of limits. Because, far as I can tell, she can remove the eyesight from someone (and render them helpless) with nothing but a look. Which is a tad ridiculous. Not counting all the other things she's capable of. I know the power is based off Part 8 Josuke's stand (Soft & Wet ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)), but that isn't an example of a perfectly balanced ability in the first place.

The slacker part was more of a poke, not a legitimate concern.
