Once the day had clearly begun, Lola had slowly rise out of her large and seemingly luxurious looking bed, sitting at the center and rubbing her eyes. The woman had stretched her arms out as she let out a loud yawn and looked around for her phone which was hiding somewhere in the thick sheets and blankets. "Jeez.." She uttered to herself as she crawled around on her own bed looking lost and irritated. Apparently she had misplaced her phone and gave up, rolling off of bed and deciding to just get ready for the morning as she made her way to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face. Afterwards, Lola merely tied her hair into a messy sort of bun and walked off into the living room, turning on the tv which happened to be on some random cartoon channel while walking back into her room to get ready for the day. She went with a yellow, white, and pink color scheme; however while the color scheme was perfect it also looked somewhat funky yet snazzy in particular. Today she didn't wear one of her 'odd' fur coats, But rather a comfortable gold rabbit hoodie in particular. Per usual, she did however wear what would be considered as a very 'tiny top' on any woman's body -or barely a top at all for that matter- was pink, Then her shorts were of a white color. The young woman grabbed a switchblade nearby and tucked it into the back pocket of her pants while stuffing her hands in the pockets of her light hoodie to see if she had her stuff. Gloves in one pocket, Empty in the other. Lola rolled her eyes as she went back to her bed, grabbing the blanket and shaking it and soon enough her phone had clattered onto the floor, along with the keys to her suite apparently.

Finally being ready, Lola proceeded to check the small table beside her bed for her lock picking set -You never know when it came in handy-, and stuffed that in the back pocket of her shorts as well before she walked out of her room--Leaving the bed rather messy. Not like it wasn't that bad anyways to say the least, it was the first time she ever left the bed unkempt and she turned off the tv despite not watching it in the first place. The only reason it was on was to fill her suite up with noise rather than get ready in silence. She disliked silence most of the times, and once she managed to slip her feet into her folded boots- Lola proceed to head out of her room, locking the door shut before beginning her 'adventures' as she untied her hair and let it down.

The rabbit decided to go to the Eggman Diner for a quick bite and stuffed her hands in her hoodie as she slowly strolled along the sidewalks, keeping her ears keen for anything in particular.

'Blend in, keep your head down, and your eyes covered..' Siran thought to herself as she strolled leisurely down the sidewalk amongst the throng of quickly moving people. Seemingly having her head in a book, the two men that she was tracking didn’t even know that she had been following them for nearly a mile now. Her chunky heeled booties were a much better decision this morning instead of the pencil thin stilettos she had been contemplating. Thanking herself mentally, Siran took a quick peak over the top of her book. The two men were still picking their way amongst the busy throng of people too, deep in conversation with one another. Still with her book up in front of her face the young woman moved a little bit faster to get just the teensiest closer to the two men. When she within ear shot finally, she resumed her leisurely pace.

“I’m telling you, Frank, I can’t stand her anymore. The woman is driving me mad. Her whiney voice and her nagging ways. It’s just… It’s driving me up the wall! Last night… I thought about placing that pillow over her face and holding it there till she stopped fighting. I can’t do this anymore. I’m tired of the hiding and all the lies.” The taller man said, signs of distress written all over his face. He was who Siran was following. His name was Jim. What a droll name.

“No, Jim. You can’t. You’ll go to jail. Just give it time. Just a little more time. We’ll procure the five thousand like the man asked and we’ll let him do the job. Then we can be together like we really should be. No one will be the wiser.” Frank assured Jim, brushing his hand briefly against his arm.

'Sweetie, wouldn’t you like to think. Momma is gonna get a fat bonus from this one. Hey Mrs. Harper. Not only is your husband having an affair, but he’s having an affair with a man. Oh, and they’re planning to kill you. That’ll be an additional grand'
Oh boy, wouldn’t that be a wonderful conversation. Siran decided that was one she needed to have in person. The thought of the woman’s reaction almost made her laugh out loud.

Siran had been so lost in her merriment that she hadn’t realized that the men had stopped and she had ran smack dab into the back of Frank. Collecting herself and making sure that her glasses were in place, the young woman took a step back. Looking up, she saw that both men were watching her intently. Her silver hidden eyes darted around quickly and realized that the two men were standing at the doors of starbucks. Bingo.

“Geez! Don’t just stand there taking up space. If you’re gonna go in, go in already! Some of us have places to be!” Siran snapped, putting on her most whiney, annoying voice she could muster. The voice itself caused Frank to noticeably cringed. She hid a small smile as they turned to walk inside. Siran played along with her Valley Girl role and listened intently to the conversation of the two men before her while pretending to be talk on her phone. Loudly, at that.

With her new frappiato-whatchamacallit in tow, Siran shoved between the two men and talked into her phone. “No, Betti, I’m on my way! Just some people don’t know how to not get in the way! Oh, for goodness sakes. I would NOT be late for our paws and claws date any day of the week. I needed a little caffeine pick me up before I had my cuticles pushed back.” Keeping the charade up as she rounded the corner. Once she was safely out of ear shot and eye sight, Siran made her way quickly across the street and headed towards the park. Plopping down onto the nearest park bench, Siran decided to make a real call.

“Mrs. Harper? This is Siran. I think we should meet.” Smiling smugly to herself, Siran ended the call and sipped at her drink.

“Blech! This is terrible!”

Leonard was sleeping in his bed enjoying a lovely dream he was having of a woman letting him lick her hands. The loud knocking on the door disturbing his dream causing the tall handsome man to awaken and get up clothed in his expensive pajama pants, slippers form Italy and pajama shirt form France.Opening the door to see Hammond standing in front of him,"Hello..termites right come in...but please do not look or touch my private items" Leonard said with a smile on his face but in the back of his head being annoyed that he was being disturbed. He lead the other man into his room being a good host letting him inside his apartment without a fuss.

"I won't touch anything that I don't need to," Hammond replied with a bit of annoyance, "but if you've left anything private out in the open, I can't very well help seeing it." Hammond followed Leonard into his apartment. "Did you move all your furniture away from the walls as was requested in the notice?" Hammond asked, looking around the room to verify before receiving an answer. His eyes fell on the skeletal hand that Leonard kept. Hammond sniffed in disgust as he recalled what Leonard was notorious for.

Antoinette typed the morning away, balancing budgets, preparing data, writing reports, and otherwise working on the myriad of other tedious and banal office work that she had been contracted to do. Yet today was actually one of those days where she didn't have as much work as normal. Taking a quick pause to stretch, Antoinette raised her arms over her head and leaned back in her chair. She peered behind her, at the door to Booker's office. Since they were both usually fairly busy, they had lunch together rarely, though she wondered if today was such a day. They worked together, so it didn't hurt to be social every once in a while, besides, Booker was a hardworking Fable, and that was worthy or respect. As his secretary, she checked his schedule to see if lunch was even a possibility.

"My apologies..." Leonard said quickly putting the hand inside the drawer before locking it with a key he put back into his pocket. Luckily that was the only screw up and he put the other private items away form prying eyes.Hammond can see that he indeed move the furniture away form the wall and could note how clean Leonard's apartment room was.

"I-I-I Just don't know what t-to do doctor. I c-can't sleep, c-can't eat, I can b-b-barely think! I always f-feel like someone i-is watching me, they have to be..." A rather jitter fellow stammered on and on about how he was constantly under surveillance from some sort of secret group as he laid sprawled upon the small black leather couch that was placed in Boogie's office. Boogie himself sat upon an armchair that sat across from the couch, he was writing line upon line into a small like black book. His notes consisted of the multiple observations that he had made over the course of his session with his current patient, Leroy Thomson. "Patient displays clear signs of paranoia and delusions of outside forces observing them. Possible case of schizophrenia, further observation needed for verification." Was just a glimpse of the extensive notes that the doctor was taking as he listened to every quite absurd sounding claim that Leroy was making. This went on for a good hour, as it always does, before the session came to its end. "That seems to be our time Mister Thomson, but let me assure you that you have no need to fear anything nor one as there is nothing watching you."

As the session came to a end Boogie walked Leroy out of his office and wished him a warm, or rather as warm as Boogie could be, farewell. "Such a fascinatingly, troubled young man. So much raw fear in one person, simply astonishing." He spoke half aloud, not realizing that his secretary Antoinette could hear him. Once he did regain sense that he was not alone in the room he turned to the dark haired young woman and offered her a professional nod. "Good morning Miss Fermi, I trust that the day is treating you well." Boogie said to Antoinette, a greeting that he had offered her a nearly countless times before.

Hammond's antagonism ebbed as Leonard answered satisfactorily. "I really appreciate your cooperation," he said as he went around Leonard's property, looking at the walls for signs of infestation, occasionally tapping them with his rod. "You can't imagine how many people think they can make a problem go away just by not thinking about it. But the furniture isn't going to move itself, and the termites aren't simply going to leave." Hammond grinned, "You understand something of fear; how in their terror, people cling to ignorance, ignorance that they take comfort in, while dangers swirl around them. How some fool will let a madman lick their hand because they've convinced themself that it is the family dog." He was just making small talk, but he was terrible at it, not considering the potential to offend by bringing Leonard's story up, nor how offensive it was to refer to Leonard as a 'madman'.

@Saarebas

"Good morning, Dr. Manson," Antoinette replied, "It's been a productive day, and a productive day is a good day." This a was a line that she'd probably said too many times as well. She had heard Booker musing to himself about the condition of his previous patient. He view on it was that too many people used their 'pre-existing conditions' or 'negative environment' as excuses to be less-than-productive. She appreciated Booker's job as 'fixing' them and making them functioning members of society once again. She didn't know if Booker felt this way so she kept her thoughts to herself. "It says here on your schedule that you're free around lunchtime, so unless you get an emergency visit, would you be up for grabbing munch together later?" Antoinette asked, trying to be sociable.

"I am not like the others here..." Leonard said quietly to himself looking around seeing that he had nothing more private out in the open. While Hammond had his back to Leonard his eyes turned pure black for a moment before going back to normal."So how is your day today?Would you like some tea?" Leonard said to Hammond in a polity and as friendly as he could. He now walked a few feet away form where Hammond was looking him over with his now normal eyes.Leonard was a little offended by what he had said but of course he had heard worse about him but he did not let it get to him as it use too.

Boogie gave a quick curt nod in response to Antoinette's answer, just as he always did in their little daily to and fro of words. Antoinette was one of the very few Fables that Boogie interacted with on a regular enough basis and wasn't one of his clients to warrant such familiarity from him. He always found her professional manor quite refreshing, especially in regards to his former less reputable business associates. When Antoinette brought up the proposal of lunch Boogie couldn't help but find himself going through a mental checklist. "Lunch. Merely looking for sustenance? No, would of simply went alone if that was the case. Looking for social interaction? Possible." Just as quickly as it had started the thought ended and Boogie refocused on Antoinette. "That sounds quite enjoyable Miss Fermi." Boogie said, offering his dry, paper thine smile to the young lady.

"My day has been as you might expect, impeded at every turn by reluctant clients," Hammond replied. "People want a thing done for their own good but won't cooperate, won't allow themselves to be even mildly inconvenienced."

When Leonard offered tea, Hammond seemed startled. "Tea!?" Hammond said with a surprising amount of alarm, "No. I am being compensated by Ms. White for this inspection. I take only what I am due, no more and no less. I can take nothing from you; my integrity has been sullied in the past for taking even that which I was owed, so far be it for me to accept something that I did not earn."

Hammond finished tapping the last spot on Leonard's walls. "Well, looks like this room's clean. I'll be moving on to the next room unless you had any questions."

Leonard then asked now walking up to him smiling that could creep out some but this was not his intentions of course."Oh the next door neighbor? You might want to be careful he doesn't like people going though his things like me..." Leonard said thinking of his neighbor Bunny Man.

Bunny Man was known to be a very private person not wanting anyone in exact his victims way back when.

What a interesting question, what was it that people traditionally ate? Boogie himself usually ate the same simple meal everyday, nothing more than a glass of water and a sandwich that he picked up from Johann the Cut Above Butcher shop. "Dinning locations hmm. Simplicity is usually the best option." Boogie pondered for a moment before he turned his attention back to Antoinette. "Does the Eggman Dinner sound acceptable to you Miss Fermi?"

Woodland Apartments, Sheriff's Office

"Shit..." The clearly agitated sheriff cursed under his breath as he poured over the pile of papers that were scattered about his desk. By the looks of the small mountain of cigarette butts in the ashtray next to him Bigby had been at his endeavor for quite awhile. The papers that the Wolf's attention were so fixed upon appeared to be case reports, and by the looks of it they were giving the sheriff quite the hassle. "Victim found a few blocks away from Georgie Porgie's. No signs of struggle and none of her belongings appear to have been stolen. Swineheart says it was an overdose, but what can overdose a Fable?" Bigby read half aloud from the papers in his hand before he let out a groan and sat back in his seat. Taking a drag from his Huff n' Puff cigarette Bigby took a moment to assist the situation. "...I might have to get some outside help with this one." The former Big Bad Wolf contemplated.

As the rabbit had strolled along the sidewalks, she couldn't help but hear a voice which she loved. A voice which nearly dripped malice from the tip of her tongue. A voice which the rabbit considered music to her very ears. “Blech! This is terrible!” her eyes had gazed ahead of her to a woman with jet black hair, holding a cup of coffee in her hand as she held a phone close to her ear with the other. Lola immediately grinned, rather delighted at the sight of her 'friend'. Perhaps the word wasn't very fitting for the relationship they had, For it was a very complex relationship between a thin line of 'friends' and 'enemies'. Their story was never understood exactly, in fact they didn't have a very prominent 'fable' together, and taking in a gasp of air the fable who represented 'Brer Rabbit' spoke.

"MY, MY!~" Lola said to grab Siran's attention."I bet you monsters lead innnnnnteresting lives!~~"

The blonde giggled. Her tone was cheery, to cheery to the point where it was clearly forced almost. Lola extended her hand up in the air as she waved it side to side, frantically in the air in order to catch the female Cambion's attention. While Lola had many enemies, she being the campion was one of her greatest one... Besides that infuriating tortoise and egoistic man, Robin Hood. No one knows exactly how their sort of rivalry started, but simply 'bonding' with Siran was like a way to constantly kill time if she had nothing to do. They mostly had their bad and violent moments which troubled the other fables more than Lola's usual antics, but nonetheless she was never hated and the game never stopped. Above all else, when the time was needed the two would once in a while interact like civil women as well.. But that was very out of the blue and rare, it really did heavily depend on the situation. Either way it was a sort of dog/cat relationship and Lola set her arm down, giggling beneath her fingers as she skipped over to the other girl.

"Here I go with the timid little woodland creature bit again." She nearly said with both sarcasm and amusement before spinning on her toes and leaning over to Siran. "But, Ehhh, It's a living-- Wanna be my morning date to the diner?" Lola asked as she clapped her hands closed, looking up at the cambion. Though it wasn't clear what her exact intentions was, for a fable like Lola, She was truly neutral due to the fact that she was both; The Easter Bunny and Brer Rabbit. Two different fables which didn't necessarily go well together one would put it.

Siran was more or less her opposite. They shared things which were believed to be fairly similar but were perceived differently. The rabbit was more of an information broker meant to cause trouble amongst fables and such for personal gain or amusement. She played dirty, and could personally care less of the dangers which awaited her often. Lola, one could say, was more or less associated with the 'criminals' despite playing a neutral role. This was due to the fact that she also played the very criminals she worked for as well. While on the other hand, Siran was a private investigator. She was probably more 'professional' and worked more lawfully than Lola but it wasn't like it bothered the blonde in any way and she kept up a cheery grin which felt more suspicious than how it actually looked.

A familiar voice suddenly pierced through the air, causing Siran to stop immediately with what she was doing. And here she was thinking that the frappiato-whatchamacallit was the worst thing she would have to deal with today. Siran turned to give the smaller woman her full attention. The young Cambion stood nearly 6 foot so she was practically looking down at the little bunny. Due to the fact that most fables were not enchanted by her eyes, Siran had no qualms of looking over her signature purple Ray-Bans so that her slate gray - almost silver - eyes were fully visible.

“Oh, Brer, what a pleasure to see you. I see that my time in the park will no longer be enjoyable.” Siran jabbed with a wicked smile, matching the woman's fake courtesy with her own snide attitude. Very rarely did Siran actually call Lola by her real name. The woman believed that Brer was much more fitting for her cunning opposite. Even though they were always make jabs at one another, Siran at times didn't actually mind her presence all that much. Admittedly, those times were far and few in between, but she felt like celebrating. Especially after the big check she was about to cash.

“Breakfast date, hmm? What, didn't like your one night stand in the daylight? ” Siran said with a wide smile but nodded her head in compliance. “Yes, I'll join you to eat since I know you're not cooking and won't be able to poison me. Speaking of poison, drink this thing. It's nothing but pure sugar and I know that's right up your alley.” Siran said, extending the drink to the smaller woman. She was not a fan of the pure sugared coffee. She would have preferred a black coffee more than anything.

"I won't be taking anything," Hammond said, "Your cooperation was sufficient. As for your neighbor, he'll have me, like it or not, he can take his grievances to the business office. Have a pleasant day." With that, Hammond left, and knocked on the Bunny Man's door, "Termite inspection!"

Their was a sort of commotion before the door was opened for him,Their stood the human form of Bunny Ma who stared at him for a moment before going inside letting Hammond inside his apartment.Coming inside Hammond could see that Bunny Man's room was less clean looking littered with magazines and DVD's.

"We do not have many termites...we kill all termites..." The Bunny Man said shaking his head as he walked into his kitchen for something to drink.

Boogie grew his less than heart warming pencil thin smile as his suggestion of the Eggman dinner was accepted. He watched as Antoinette added their little lunch excursion to their respective schedules, further solidifying Boogie in his choice of making the young lady his secretary. As he waited for her to finish editing their planes Boogie made his way over to the exit, opened it, and held it. Once Antoinette had finished Boogie would offer her his bone dry smile as he held the door for her. "Shall we be off Miss Fermi."

"Yes, well, I've no doubt you can successfully kill every termite you see, but for every termite you see, there are many more that you don't see," Hammond said shortly, as he entered the apartment, "But if you have seen termites, then telling me exactly where you saw them will make this visit go by much faster." He scanned around to see if the Bunny Man had complied with his mailed request to move all furniture away from the walls. He was a bit peeved, as this was the first sign of a termite infestation in the building that he had come across today.

“Breakfast date, hmm? What, didn't like your one night stand in the daylight? ”

The blonde gasped in response. "Wha--How'd you know, missy?" She uttered half heartedly. The rabbit was surprised that the cambion had accepted her invitation to eat breakfast with her--even if that meant that she would be the one paying rather than herself and Lola roughly pulled the woman into a tight hug, snuggling her face against Siran's face as she shouted happily,"ALRIGHT, A FREE MEAL WITH THE ULTRAMAROON!" once her excitement had been voiced, Lola swiped the coffee from the other woman's hands and took a sip from it, licking her lips and batting her eyelashes at her sort of enemy."Y'know, you know me so well, i'm touched~" She uttered before the two proceeded to make their way into the diner, to which they were seated. (slightly skipped here if that's fine, I know it's weird, sorry)

"So, how's your end on bringing justice, doc? or at least... attempting to." grinned Lola as she looked up from her menu before averting her gaze back at it, the sneer still remaining on her red lips. Usually talk between the two about their occupations was normally the last thing to be talked about. But then again, Lola had figured that since it was forbidden to rat each other out, why not simply dance around the details? Some things in the opposite occupations they had didn't necessarily had to be an open advantage for the other 'opponent' for as long as they were careful with what they said and Lola eyed a waitress who had serve some delicious breakfast to one of their customers.

Siran scoffed at Brer's response on not liking her one night stand. It was not uncommong, if the rumors were correct. She was however, quite off guard when the smaller woman practically jumped onto her and snuggled her face. The taller woman knew a look of discontent was quire obvious on her face. “You know, you shouldn't insult someone who is buying your food.” Siran quipped as she walked along with the girl. She shuddered as she watched her companion practically slurp down the iced-whatchamacallit. The cambion shook her head in disgust but followed after the woman as she led the way to a local diner.

“You know, it's going quite well. Just landed a huge bonus on my latest case. Also, I saved a life. So, you know, going pretty good. I'm being a contributing member of society, unlike some of us.” Siran replied, giving the woman a pointed look of her own. Catching Lola's look towards a waitress and the food she had just served, Siran smirked. “You know, drooling all over yourself is quite unbecoming.”
