[@Turbowraith] Hogarth is good and in answer to your questions, Grave Keepers don't have magic per say. Most are born with, or develop from constant contact, a peculiar sensitivity to the dead. They can see and sense more ghosts then normal folks, and they can understand the wailing speech of the dead. The dead are attracted to them as they in a instinctively sense that these people can understand them. These abilities can lead to an affinity towards necromancy yet all are sworn never to use the dark arts, even in service of the job. Grave Keepers can live anywhere they can afford, and to be honest my character is living in the middle class cemetery. They have no formal housing yet they do have an office were they hire, receive pay, and get mail. Feel free to write in your own weapons, there is a standard uniform but it is only for mainly for special occasions, yet is required by the nobility if you want to enter the crypts below the city. Issued equipment is the most important tool of the job. A four foot long shovel. It is of a sturdy build and when taken care of, sharp as an axe. [@WeepingLiberty] Your character is good as well. By the way does she know exactly how her father died and would it be alright if my character knew him?
