My back story can fit nicely into the Elvin Kingdom of Thoros, actually. Remember the age of 14 is an approximate elvish equivalent. Ein has been around a loooooooot longer then 14 years, and her father could have been deposed at just about any convenient point in history for the story line. In fact, there could be some tension between Ein and Sibraye once she finds out that she is connected to the royal family responsible for her families exile.
