As this is basically an anime and not real life, we're going to say that the school does not care at all how your character rocks their fresh uniform, as long as they [i]are[/i] wearing it and not running around campus naked. They can wear thigh-highs, have an extra long skirt, wear their tie or bow-tie unprofessionally loose and ([@sakurasan]) can even wear the opposite gender's uniform should they so wish.
