EDIT:: Also [@RomanAria] for the height issue, there's [url=http://www.mrinitialman.com/OddsEnds/Sizes/sizes.html]this handy tool[/url] to figure out where the heights fall. It doesn't do much for proportioning but it's kinda useful!
