[b]Brief History:[/b] Lance was born into a wealthy family of seven within the great city of Zootopia near the city’s center. His family is known for a number of things, the production of some of the technology used to keep each Ecosystem stable, and their political movement to help the city expand for other species. His two older brothers named John and Alan both chose a career in politics, his two older  sisters named Alexandria and Sarah both chose a career in environmental technology. Due to the fact that Lance is the youngest is his family, his parents somewhat looked down upon his expectantly, his actions showed that he was not interested in the career choices the rest of his family had made. Since a young age, he had always shown great interest with the combined forces of the police or military. Sometimes he and his friends would pretend they were police officers going after a criminal or protecting the city from some form of  crime, saving the day for all. 

After many years of this, his parents tried to push one of their careers upon him, but this only drove him against their words, proving that he would indeed be a police officer like Nick Wilde, someone that he still looks up to this day. Later on in his life, he applied for the position of a police officer and quickly moved through training, not letting anything anyone said or did slow him down the slightest. The time finally came when he graduated from the Police Academy with flying colors among the highest achieving Cadets. His parents grew to understand who he was, what he was, and how he was going to help Zootopia be a better place for all. Now, his whole family is very proud of him, and wished him the very best as he set foot onto the monorail train car. 

[b]Personality:[/b] This fox has a high tolerance for pain, which he learned from years in hard physical training and being a very active child. He cares for all those around him, not only his friends but strangers, which has lead do a bit of distrust and paranoia from being used, which he is currently trying to overcome. Like all other foxes, Lance is quite sly when he wants to be, getting out of certain situations or even getting into them. This has gotten him into trouble a couple of times but has proven to be very useful in many situations. Having a sharp and sometimes dark sense of humor these days is almost required to keep yourself sane, thankfully Lance acquired such when he was much younger than he is today. Stubborn, is a word that applies to Lance, suborn but not stupid or irresponsible, he has common sense. To gain his respect, you must earn it, he does not lightly give that away to people. Something he hides is that females can make him quite nervous at times, something he is also trying to overcome.
