So since we all know some serious shit is about to go down, exactly what is our threshhold for Church involvement like in F/Z? Will a certain amount of collateral damage from any one Master earn the Church's ire or does it literally need to escalate to "Cthulhu is attacking the harbor" before anyone does anything about it?

Because I distinctly recall giant frikkin' lasers and a couple of nuke-level explosions (or at least a MOAB) being deployed in the Fifth Grail War and the people of Fuyuki didn't really seem to notice or give a shit. Only reason I'm asking is because I'm pretty sure [i]no one[/i] wants the Knight Captain or that DAA on their asses because of this (and let's not kid ourselves, we all know this brawl is gonna be collateral damage-tastic).
