[@Iatos] Junior Exploration Member... looking at that again, and knowing now what I do about Super Mystery Dungeon, I'm gonna say that for now just say you train at Spirit's Guild and such. Spirit trains young Pokemon to become members of a team. And about your team itself, If you wanna give yourself an NPC teammate it's fine.
