Slight ability to manipulate water in the fashion of tides. (Basically she can push and pull the water but cant actually make it do anything else.) Able to communicate with nocturnal animals.
[hider=Weapon]The bow is carved to look like owl's wings. It can shoot normal arrows, but when Runa takes over for her father, she will have the power to shoot stars from it.
