The 13th Hierarchical City of Kagutsuchi- Chaos in the Streets
Relius frowned as the delinquent took Ignis' attack head-on, seemingly unfazed by the fact that her hands were now embedded in his body. Was the boy on some sort of pain-dulling medicines or something? That was a logical explanation for his brickheaded action to take the hit just now, but there would be time to muse over that later. Before Ignis could try to pull back, the puppet was hit dead-center with a punch that was much stronger than the puppeteer had expected it to be. The doll seemed to recoil, but showed no sign of any lasting mark. Relius shook his head and flicked his wrist upwards, causing Ignis to launch Alex into the air. Kicking off the ground, Relius moved to follow, a claw-like mechanical appendage extending from his back attempting to stab him from above. "Noble. Stupid, but noble. Children like you are the reason why the death rates are so high recently. Honestly..." The situation with Arakune and the three magical girls, on the other hand, was a bit more... Chaotic. Well, considering half the street was on fire and the other half of it was covered in bug guts, then yes, it would be chaotic. Arakune had been slipping about, constantly creating more and more insects as it drew closer to the girls that were NOT lighting the entire street up in flames. "...e Azure! Y... not... it, but... close! Give! M... kn... ge... ob... Azure! Po... r! AZURE!" The erratic dialogue that seemed to be screeching out like some demented banshee seemed to be coming from all over the street at once, but the source soon made itself clear. With a sudden leap, the blob-like creature lunged at the two girls from behind, spinning around with blade-like appendages protruding from its mass.
Unknown City, Somewhere in the U.S.- To Base
Chris watched as only the doll and the giant dog... Wolf... Thing... Decided to take up the offer of riding in the van. He didn't exactly understand why those two had decided to do as such, but they probably had their... own reasons. Like that blade-girl's giant sawblade-motorbike thing. ... "Okay. That's it. I'm going to need an aspirin and some rest when we get back to base," he sighed, shaking his head before taking control of the mounted gun once more. "Yeah, you and me both. Well, whatever. Trip back's gonna be 'bout an hour or two if we're lucky," Aaron stated, nodding his head in agreement as the vehicle began to rumble and move down the road at a decent past, crushing the corpses that were strewn all over the place. "I... Guess I can assume you've got your own way to follow us or something. Mind telling us why you were all here in the first place, though? You don't usually see giant men with giant wolves swinging around swords around here, y'know? Or, well... Girls that can... Actually, I'm not even going to try describing that."
