[@Starfall][@Drifting Pollen] Satori would have made a grave error in attempting to overload the Magna Pater's sight. After all, it hadn't just made a connection with her. It had made a connection with everyone, and she'd have just blown everyone's eyes the fuck out. Those that weren't blessed with regeneration or a strong sixth sense were essentially fucked. As for the soul hand, to catch the rock it'd have to be in the way of Eubeal's aim. Her very offence would serve to shield the monster from the (poorly) aimed bullet nuke, and without light speed reflexes there would be little way to change that. The beast could still sustain injury, perhaps even severely, but no doubt it would be back in seconds. Then again, such would only be the case if she were good at guessing. The monster couldn't be detected via supernatural means. Only if she were able to figure out its plan and track the potential trajectory from memory would she be able to keep everything from getting blown to shit. As for the bullets that had struck in front of the monster before reversing, only two would hit home, passing through the horror's torso only for the gaping, bloody wounds to fade away a few moments later as it carried on with the interrupted rock throw. It had a belly full of fresh ghoul to heal with, and any injury that didn't immediately kill it whilst it had a plump tummy would be about as meaningful as a scratch on a rhino. Of course, that was assuming Eleanor didn't even need eyes to use her "vision". She would be accurate up until the rewound bullets had been fired, but after that it was lights out for good. So many variables, but in the end, only the Magna Pater would be left knowing the whereabouts of its prey.
