Yes you can make a muse, because there are 5 different muses and each represent something different. You could make a muse with that sort of recoil, like a story teller. An idea would be Scheherazade, storyteller of a thousand stories. Vicier would have responded but she's a little busy at the moment so she had me respond on her behalf :D
