Annabelle House: Chelsea, New York, New York which is a 21 minute subway ride to [s]New York University[/s] The Mortimer School of Arts xD
Callaway: by Washington Square Park (New York, New York)... extremely close
Park Point Apartments: Upper East Side of Manhattan District, by the Metropolitan Museum of Art. 22 minute subway ride or 24-27 car ride, not including traffic. There's always traffic in NY.

I'm making Mortimer basically replace New York University so if you want to see the distance via google maps just put in New York University.
