Hmm, I'm starting to think that the only reason everyone is gonna hang around Spence is because of the puppy... which is totally chilled with me. [i]But[/i] anyway! Maybe the way they've met to start their friendship is they just bumped into one another on the staircase of the apartment complex or something and Pepper was hopping up the stairs behind Spence and well, it's all history from there, because anyone who loves and fawns over Pepper is an instant friend of Spencer's! I can see these two growing fairly close, to be honest, especially if they ever open up about their pasts to one another.

Okay, now I promise I'm working on my own list, and will add the relationships that have already been agreed upon in there, as well.
