Yup, we're okay with that. There's already some characters that are from outside of Fiore. 

Here's the [url=http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Earth_Land]wiki site[/url] for the some info of the known areas outside of Fiore, but you're still free to make up a small country or something if you want. Just make sure that if you're going to make up of a country close to Fiore, please be aware of the countries that are already around Fiore or other places on the whole map.
