I like him alot and look forward to having him in the rp. That being said, I don't quite think I grasp the concept of his semblance. And Dust doesn't work quite so precisely like making 'cages' and whatnot. It's much more erratic, loose, like a typical final fantasy spell, going canonically to the show.
