You want to know a bad plot-driven show? Walking. Dead. It's fucking trash.
Fucking word. Everything with zombies is trash though so eh.
I can't say anything about Clarke but I hate the CW for how they portray LGBT characters. Why are the only females that like other females both have to be hot and make out? Why can't there be a gay character that's well developed and not only used for comic relief? So even if their intentions are honest, I'm still skeptical about why they made Clarke with Lexa.
I mean there's Miller and Brian but I wouldn't call them well developed. It's something I guess? And I'll take something over nothing in most cases.
Maybe since fiction isn't really your thing, you tend to be more big picture and that's why you prefer plot-driven, because you rarely care for an individual character's story.
Science fiction is my thing is the thing. Fantasy isn't my thing. But I routinely watch all of Farscape. I'm versed in the Honorverse. Science fiction and I are tight.
Because everything basically becomes pointless and you're just as bad as action movies that are just explosions and one liners (Michael Bay movies, a lot of [s]popular[/s] superhero movies, etc).
Well to be fair, superhero movies are pretty pointless but at least they usually know what they are. They are not great movies and I want the bubble to burst but they're inoffensive. Usually.
Okay but after only watching the first season, the L Word's just plain trash.
It actually got watchable in the second and half of the third seasons but it was one of those shows that was of its time. I have a fondness for it like some people have a fondness for Sex and the City. I'll never defend it as a show worth watching, but it's absolutely a guilty pleasure of mine, much like a Gossip Girl or any given reality program.
