However i restate that the alignment plays no valid pert in the Hypothetical situation because it is only taking in to account that he would have already cast the spell regardless of his alignment. A hypothetical argument is never based on what Would happen as a hole but rather focuses on a singular if even improbable event for the argument. Also good point on the authorities.. I'll make sure to sit near a fire place.. :) I would not want the authorities to get to close.. the book might catch flame.. O.o
