[@Vocab]When the RP starts, everyone has had their Diary for a day or two and they understand what it does but not the weight of the game.

In short, when the officially RP starts, it'll be when all the players are gathered for the first time and Gospel is breifing everyone on the rules of the Survival Game, that's when the action can begin even though everyone has had their phone for a bit.
