Charles is a two-faced person who is quite smart but humble about it and doesn't like to show off to his students or coworkers. Often keeping to himself as a quiet teacher for students to push around, only the teachers who befriended him only know the other side to him. Being an awkward friend who is surprisingly charming in a weird and spontaneous way. Having a curious and energetic if not obnoxious personality which is barely contained with his mask that he wears. Being interestingly competitive when it comes down to it, he is ruthless when in contests and won't hold back if it is a game. He whether or not he likes to admit it, likes those and wonder why kids these days don't indulge in fun. Being an adrenaline addict as well, you better decline any trip he personally invites you as they may be... very extreme to put it short.

Once a student of the academy himself, Charles was invited to become a teacher there and for the fun of it decided to join the opportunity. Enjoying both the academic and financial security the job brings, its only a part of the fun the job provides. With some fun hazing on the new students, which gets him into trouble sometimes and having the older students whom had him before trying to avoid them, it's all for fun. On the side, he looks for promising students and likes to keep track on them for future progress on them or play matchmaker with students who he thinks just deserve it.
