So who all still wants to play?  I think we've lost half the group in a short amount of time.  I'll wrap up some loose ends for the non-responders  (which may include killing off some characters. ;) )  Speak up in the next 2 days (even if it's just a quick note to tell me you need more time)!  

[@Marcus XVI] I'm definitely still on board for the island you wanted to run, but depending on how many people you consider ideal, we can either continue with this thread or treat this as a prelude and start a fresh one.
