Myself, [@Gunther] and [@Section] have discussed a meeting between my NPC's and themselves, and from what I gathered they were fine with it.

I have not 'met' anyone, merely seen them from afar. 

If needs be I can change the location but I think it suitable that a tank not be trapped in narrow streets or overflowing forest.

And again, as I said earlier, my character is not yet in the RP. Neither is my 2nd or 3rd. I will be playing countless NPC's until and perhaps surpassing their arrival to flesh out the world, at my own cost in time too, as there is no need for me to do so.
