I have a question.

Is the fallen star going to land beneath Heron and on the surface? I'm guessing that Heron is an island floating way up but that we ARE on a planet of some sort. Also, is there more than Heron? Any other settlements? Or are we assuming that the world is essentially just Heron and the wilderness (which I actually prefer more -- the latter option, that is).
