[@Xeronoia] What power level do you want your Hero/Villain at? We're more about story than actually determining the strength compared to each so the measurement of power is actually pretty flexible in my opinion. It's mainly what you want it to be. I prefer street to city, some times world/cosmic power levels. Your character power, if you need a second opinion, could be ranged from street to city wide to me.
