Bio: S.H.I.E.L.D. was hiring new test subjects to take place in an experiment that could revolutionize response time and warfare as we know it in 2003. Alex Blaire volunteered for it as she was a home school taking college mechanics at 17. She and a hand full of scientists worked Teleportation matrix before it malfunctioned, and it disappeared along with Alex. Alex was presumed dead and the research was ended.
She reappeared years later never aged, but her ordeal had greatly changed her: her molecules had been desynchronized from the flow of time. Suffering from "chronal disassociation," she was a living ghost, disappearing for hours and days at a time. Even for the brief moments she was present, she was unable to maintain physical form.
S.H.I.E.L.D.'s doctors and scientists were stumped, and Alex's case seemed hopeless until a scientist named Tony Stark designed the chronal accelerator, a device capable of keeping Alex anchored in the present. In addition, it gave her the ability to control her own time, allowing her to speed it up and slow it down at will. With her newfound skills, she became one of S.H.I.E.L.D's most effective agents until the collapse when the tricarriors fell out of the sky in Washington, DC. Now she looks for a new calling but is running out of time. She new her stabilizer would not hold forever and she is looking for her last chance at living before reality forgets her.
