(Refer to original TV series where Ash's Kingler, or Paras, I cant remember which one, is nearly half the size as Gary's. This means you have SOME freedom as far as size. Looking at you [@Ganelon], your Seviper could very well be somewhat smaller than what youre thinking, not sacrificing power either. This is to be done tastefully. You may not make your Snorlax three feet tall. Be realistic, but know you can alter it to fit your situation to an extent.
