I'm calling this the treaty imposed on Jodesia in the aftermath of the Great War limiting Jodesia's military (think the Treaty of Versailles, imposed on Germany post WW1). In my head, though I'd like [@Willy Vereb] and [@Brink_] to confirm or deny this, this would be imposed by at least one of their respective nations (along with a lost African colony)?
