[@lovely complex] You may be right or you might not be. I do agree that the length does depend on the character, but I can be the first one to admit that I run out of steam sometimes. It's especially true when I'm writing for multiple characters at once. Like, let's say that I have an equal amount of shit to respond to for each of my three characters, and they would produce, generally, the same length. However, as I said, my steam sometimes runs out, and I just don't get the same amount of length for one character post like I get for the others. One could have 6-9 paragraphs, another could have 4-6, and the other could barely have 3. And I know I'm hard on myself, but that is how it's been with me for as long as I can remember. I'm my own worst critic. While everyone seems to love my posts, I dog myself to the point where I delete certain sentences I had written down, or forsake a post altogether because I "simply wasn't feeling it". I know, it's a horrible thing because, according to NaNoWriMo, as long as you're writing, it doesn't matter if it's bad. Don't erase it, they say. Well, to that I say, "have you seen some of my shit writing? No you haven't, so shut your whore mouth." Or, ya know, something to that effect. Anyways, bottom line is that I put myself way too down to appreciate my own writing. x.x
