The southwesternmost part still unoccupied.

Also I feel that we might as well fill out the territories in the northwest, too. Can you split up the leftover blank territory between me and [@eemmtt]?
I leave the actual shape and distribution to your imagination. I just feel nobody would take such a weirdly shaped area anymore so let's fill it up.
I only made my northwest parts thin in order to not make my empire too big. I think that concern when we have 30 players is long gone.
