Posted! I tried to leave the end of it open so that if [@The Grey Dust] does want to play someone in charge of this place, he can have a little conversation with Dr. Jenner. If not, that's no trouble either, we can just say that he deferred the responsibility to someone else - or I can edit my post accordingly. Same goes for the little history lesson at the beginning, but I very much doubt that's going to bother anyone.
