Sorry for the delay, I just got back home from college. Anyway, I think it's mostly fair, though I think it'll be counter productive for long range transportation. Dismissing a Spirit is instantaneous while summoning requires quick refrain that basically doesn't consume time as well. I just hope your character has lots of mints on her, she'll need it...

Like [@Lonewolf685] said, you seem to be missing the opportunity of a more diverse power set, not that you are obliged to have one if you are content with what you have, mind you.
