I always got bored playing robots eventually. Mostly due to there only being two ways to write them, cold and logical or more human with more emotion. I was so pissed when the Vision finally got his own title again only for the focus to be on him trying to mimic a normal human family with a few more robots like himself. 

[@Lmpkio] PM me the ideas you had for the alien mob on Earth, sounds like the perfect kinda thing for a sandbox of villains.
