Well, considering that the previous attempt at a Bleach RP crashed and burned early in its life a mere few days ago, I think I would like to transfer my captain over here. Most excellent. I'll be applying for the 9th division captain spot, hopefully as a veteran captain but I can accept regular captain if need be.
