As for your question about despair management, I can't tell the reason why I got these villainous skills, since it's a secret. Here's a tip. It begins with Win and ends with del, dunno who this could be, though.

Don't feel discouraged from doing mistakes, every time you slip we will be there to throw tacks on the floor to help you remember your mistakes. It's a sign of our love as your GMs~

Also, I think it's fair to give a simple command to the Spirits immediately upon summon, as long as you don't mentally order them to solve linear differential equations without a blackboard under a rain of bullets it's ok.
