According to the characters tab, we need two Berserkers and an Assassin. Of course, there is a limit of 1 character type per person I think.

EDIT: As for the Kintoki thing, he is not banned so I presume that Rank: E and Spartacus isn't banned so Rank: EX Mad Enhancement servants should be allowed.
