In total I plan to use Season 2 to complete, at minimum, one Avenger Arc, which should allow room for players to get their own arcs done. [@DrewVonAwesome] hopefully not too far into Season 2 we can look at Iron Man becoming a fully fledged member rather than a consultant, if that's still what you want.
