Kazzlehorf will be so pissy that you think they are not 'all-powerful' and would not want to share his DNA. Kazzlehorf would never want to dilute his perfect DNA with that of other species.  Kazzlehorf is all that is good, no need to improve things.  DNA of Kazzlehorf is the best DNA already, this experiment is idiotic and has no value.  Kazzlehorf will demand a alternative deal.  How do they feel about TV?  Kazzlehorf has the best culture and media.  Thousands of episodes of "Kazzlehorf Adventures" will be sent to your faction.  There is no better media around.

(Kazzlehorf is convinced it is the perfect thing at everything even with mountains of evidence to the contrary.  Kazzlehorf is totally convinced it is being the perfect diplomat when it throws out offers like this.
