The drought suggestion was actually semi-serious, honestly.  Since most people who go with water only seem to focus on the idea of creating water (or drawing it from the atmosphere or whatever) when [i]technically[/i] the opposite should also be possible and would be kind of an original take on the whole thing.

Or maybe I'm just being a bit silly but hey. XD
